5:30am - Wake up and freshen up

You have to prepare yourself for the day with an enthusiastic mindset so that it reflects throughout the day. Early risers often have very well-established sleep routines. This means going to bed early, and most likely at the same time every day is also a practice of discipline in the path of yoga.

6:00am - Herbal Tea

Herbal tea is an effective drink in improving metabolism and enhancing the health status

6:15am - 7:45am Multistyle Yoga

The session is designed to help students develop a well-rounded yoga practice that includes a variety of asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. The session may include a warm-up, a series of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and a final relaxation.

9:00am Breakfast

10:15am - 11:15am Anatomy and Alignment

The session is led by a trained yoga instructor or a certified anatomist, who has a deep understanding of human anatomy and how it relates to yoga practice. 11:30am - 12:30am Yoga Philosophy

The practice typically begins with a series of sun salutations, followed by a series of standing and seated postures, and concludes with a final relaxation.

The practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa can be beneficial for students who want to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, as well as improve their focus and concentration. It can also be an effective way to manage stress and anxiety, as the rhythmic breathing and movement can help to calm the mind and relax the body.

5:45pm - 6:45pm Meditation and Mantras
